How the hour works
Before. Send whatever you have: sketchbooks, files, photos, notes, or a few lines about where you're stuck. Nothing needs to be finished.
During. We look at it together, find what keeps returning — the part that's yours — and name what's crowding it out.
After. You get a short written note: what matters, what to set down, and the next thing to make. If more help makes sense, I'll say what and why. If it doesn't, I'll say that too.
